If you purchased through an authorized TULA retailer, process the return directly with the retailer according to their return policy. If you are unsure whether a retailer is an authorized TULA retailer, please check our Tula Store Locator.
 
A note on unauthorized Amazon sellers:
TULA Skincare is the only seller authorized to sell TULA products on Amazon. TULA does not offer refunds or credit on products purchased from any unauthorized dealers on Amazon. If you did purchase on Amazon from TULA Skincare, please return via your orders on Amazon.
